Waste Collection and Processing

Summary

The tender concerns an integrated waste collection and waste processing service for multiple locations of Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland and GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland. The service includes scheduled and on-demand collection, provision and maintenance of collection equipment, transport and processing, reporting and management information, and advice on waste separation, residual-waste reduction and sustainability. One contractor will be selected and two separate contracts will be concluded, one with each organisation. The initial term is 48 months from 1 January 2027, with two optional 12-month extensions, for a maximum term of six years. The estimated maximum joint contract value is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 12:00 via TenderNed. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 400 points, K1 service delivery and operational organisation 300 points, K2 sustainability and waste optimisation 200 points, and K3 reporting, portal and management information 100 points.
