Summary

Amsterdam UMC is procuring approximately 35 new patient stretchers initially, with an expected additional need of approximately 60–110 stretchers during the contract term. The supply includes one brand and model of stretcher, parts, accessories and all-inclusive maintenance, together with annual inspections and call-off corrective maintenance for the existing stretcher fleet. The contract consists of an initial purchase agreement, a framework agreement for future replacement and expansion, and a service and maintenance agreement. The initial term is four years, with up to three optional two-year extensions, for a maximum total duration of ten years. The offered stretchers must meet detailed technical, medical-device, safety, cleaning, maintenance and sustainability requirements. The tender is evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: quality accounts for 70% and price for 30%. The submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 12:00.
