Subsidy applications

Summary

The procurement concerns professional support for preparing, coordinating and submitting subsidy applications, from initial analysis and information gathering through the subsidy decision. The services are divided into three lots: organisation-wide and facilities subsidies; vocational, secondary education and research subsidies; and internationalisation and European funds. Assignments will be awarded during the framework agreement through mini-competitions. The framework agreement runs for two years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated total value is €600,000 excluding VAT and the maximum combined value is €1,200,000 excluding VAT, without any minimum purchase or turnover guarantee. Applications must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 6 November 2026 at 12:00. Quality accounts for 650 points and price for 350 points; at least 50% of the available quality points must be achieved. A complete submission must include the signed conformity list, signed European Single Procurement Document, signed reference form, recent Chamber of Commerce extract, quality description and completed price sheet.
