Supply of mattresses, pillows, blankets, linen and textiles

Summary

The tender covers the supply of mattresses, pillows, blankets, linen and other textiles for COA reception centres in two lots. Lot 1 concerns mattresses, removable covers, pillows and CRIB 5-compliant blankets; Lot 2 covers bed sheets, pillowcases, children’s elasticated molleton covers, bath towels and tea towels. A bidder may tender for one or both lots, but partial tenders within a lot and variants are not permitted. One supplier will be appointed for each lot. The planned framework-agreement period is 14 December 2026 to 28 February 2031, with a maximum duration of 51 months; deliveries become operational on 8 March 2027. The estimated value is EUR 7,000,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 4,500,000 for Lot 2, excluding VAT. The maximum contract values are EUR 10,500,000 and EUR 6,700,000 respectively. The tender deadline is 22 October 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must meet detailed product, fire-safety, washing, strength, material, environmental and logistics requirements. Delivery must be made under DDP terms; the maximum delivery time is eight weeks for Lot 1 and two weeks for Lot 2. The award criteria are delivery reliability at 40%, sustainability at 30% and price at 30%.}
