Supported living at Waarlamke, Bolsward

Summary

The tender concerns supported living services at the Waarlamke location in Bolsward for up to 15 young people aged 16–23, including 14 residents and one emergency bed. The provider must deliver guidance and support under the Wmo and Youth Act, manage and rent the municipal property, provide a safe living environment, and support residents towards independent living, education, work or meaningful daytime activities. Qualified staff must be physically present at the location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The initial contract term is two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible two-year extensions.
