Environmental Plan – Amendment Decision 1

Summary

The tender concerns legal and technical support for preparing and processing the first thematic amendment decision to the environmental plan of Gemeente De Ronde Venen. The work includes analysing and harmonising existing regulations, drafting and implementing rules in planning software, preparing annotations and applicable rules, processing consultation responses, supporting participation, carrying out a short environmental impact screening, and producing an environmental quality note, an environmental-plan amendment manual, an annotation strategy and a logbook. The contract is planned from 4 January 2027 to 1 August 2028, with an optional service for support in appeal proceedings and possible amendments after a court decision. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid for three months. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality is worth 80 points and price 20 points. The bid price may not exceed EUR 150,000 excluding VAT, and all offered prices must be all-inclusive.
