Maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations for UMCG Ambulancezorg

Summary

UMCG Ambulancezorg is procuring a framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance of building-related electrical and mechanical installations at its ambulance posts and other locations in Drenthe and Friesland, including the Wadden Islands. The contract is divided into two lots: Drenthe and Friesland. Bidders may submit for one or both lots, but must submit a complete tender for each lot. The initial term is four years from 1 January 2027, with two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum duration of eight years. The services include planned and corrective maintenance, fault response, statutory inspections, NEN 3140 inspections, replacement and major maintenance, technical advice, reporting and asset management. The tender must be submitted digitally by 22 October 2026 at 12:00. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: 55 points for price and 45 points for quality. The bidder must provide a signed tender, the required European Single Procurement Document, reference information, completed price sheets and quality responses. The submitted price must cover all costs and comply with the operational, staffing, safety, response-time and reporting requirements.
