Services for Status Holders

Summary

The tender seeks one provider for integrated, high-quality and flexible services for status holders and persons subject to civic integration in Bergen op Zoom. The services cover social guidance, financial self-reliance, participation and employment support, and participation declaration programmes. The framework agreement is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions, and has a maximum total value of EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT over four years. The estimated annual value is EUR 177,024 excluding VAT. The award is based on quality and price: the bidder must submit one integrated approach plan of no more than 10 single-sided A4 pages and a fully completed, signed price sheet. The maximum prices per trajectory are EUR 2,370 for social guidance and EUR 264 for a participation declaration programme.
