Supply of vans and light trucks

Summary

The tender covers the supply and maintenance of five vehicles divided into four lots: 1) one light truck with an open platform, 2) one electric van with a sweeping-waste body, 3) one electric single-cab van with an open platform, and 4) two electric double-cab vans with open platforms. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but multiple bids for the same lot are not allowed. The contract runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it unilaterally twice by up to one year each time. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and quality award criteria for 40%. All technical specification requirements are mandatory, and a non-compliant bid will be rejected.
