Supply of workwear and related services

Summary

The tender covers the supply of workwear, personal protective equipment and footwear, together with a clothing management system, digital catalogue, measuring, fitting packages, repairs, returns and logistics. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 concerns outdoor services, spatial management and project office staff, while Lot 2 concerns the VTH team, including BOA officers and supervisory staff. Bidders may submit offers for both lots. The framework agreement has an initial term of 2 years and may be extended twice for 2 years; the maximum term is 6 years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation awards 50 points for price, 15 for the clothing management system demonstration, 25 for the implementation plan and 10 for the plan for taking back and processing used clothing; shortlisted bidders will also take part in a wear test.
