Summary

Erasmus MC is procuring a single framework agreement for the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, rental, take-back, storage and advisory services related to new circular and refurbished furniture. The scope covers office, laboratory, hospitality, children’s, educational and other furniture at all Erasmus MC locations. The initial term is four years, with three unilateral two-year extensions, for a maximum term of ten years. The maximum contract value is EUR 10,800,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 October 2026 at 11:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality carries 65 points and price 35 points. The tender must cover the full assortment and service scope, comply with the detailed technical, ergonomic, safety, circularity and delivery requirements, and include the requested quality submissions and price schedules.
