Summary

The tender concerns the supply, fitting-out with technical systems, storage, revision and dismantling of modular and circular rail-related buildings for ProRail. The contract is a framework agreement with one supplier, for up to 270 modules, with a fixed term of 6 years and 2 extension options of 1 year each. The award uses best price-quality ratio, with price and a quality criterion on chain cooperation. Bidders must submit the UEA, exclusion-ground evidence, an ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent, relevant references, an MKI reference, a signed bid form, a completed pricing schedule and a quality plan of up to 5 A4 pages.
