Design and construction of an integrated security alarm system

Summary

The Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development is procuring the design, supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of an integrated, continuously monitored intrusion alarm system at its administrative building at Peldu Street 25, Riga, which has a total area of 3,654 m². The single, indivisible contract includes a preliminary quantity of one control panel, 10 zone expanders, 32 control terminals and 71 combined PIR/microwave detectors, together with cabling, system integration, testing and handover. Completion is required by 21 December 2026; the estimated contract value is capped at EUR 49,700 excluding VAT.
