Legal support for agricultural cooperatives in Uzbekistan to strengthen small and medium-sized farmers

Summary

The Central Finance and Contracting Agency is procuring legal support in Uzbekistan for a project strengthening the economic capacity and efficiency of small and medium-sized farmers through agricultural cooperatives. The work includes supporting the establishment and registration of at least three cooperatives, reviewing their legal and governance documents, preparing membership and investment agreements, and providing related legal advice and reports. Services are required in Tashkent and through visits to selected groups in the Tashkent, Samarkand and Andijan regions. The contract has a maximum value of EUR 5,000 excluding VAT and may run until 31 January 2029.
