Upgrade and connection of the FLUX transport layer to the TerraVision VMS

Summary

Latvia’s State Environmental Service is procuring the upgrade and connection of the FLUX transport layer (FLUX TL) to its TerraVision vessel monitoring system (VMS). The work covers replacing version 1.9.1.5 with FLUX TL 2.2 RELEASE on the test and production servers, reconfiguring the servers and their components, and enabling data exchange with the European Commission, EU Member States, third countries and fisheries control authorities. The procurement is not divided into lots, has a maximum contract price of EUR 30,250 excluding VAT, and must be completed by 15 February 2027.
