Provision of premises and grounds cleaning services

Summary

Ādažu Municipality’s “Carnikavas komunālserviss” agency is procuring premises and grounds cleaning services in two lots for up to 36 months. Lot 1 covers the building and grounds at Gaujas Street 33A in Ādaži, including 10,800 m² of grounds and approximately 5,688 m² of indoor space across the cultural centre, arts school, municipal offices, gallery and customer service centre. Lot 2 covers cleaning five municipal facilities in Ādaži, including offices, a children and youth centre, a public toilet and municipal police premises.
