Procurement of news agency services

Summary

The Latvian Ministry of Health is procuring online access to a national news agency service for up to 36 months or until the contract value reaches EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The service includes socio-political news and an events calendar, an archive of up to 100 news items per month, medical and pharmaceutical news, and monitoring of press, online portals, radio and television and social media using five buyer-defined keywords for each monitoring service. It also includes continuously updated online access, mobile reading access and individual user credentials as needed. The procurement is not divided into lots.
