Framework agreement to adapt vocational school and college basements for Category III shelters

Summary

The State Education Development Agency is establishing a 36-month framework agreement for adapting basement premises in vocational education institutions and colleges in Latvia for use as Category III shelters, including warranty provision. The works are divided into four lots: general construction, demolition and finishing; water supply and sewerage; electrical supply; and ventilation. The agreement covers works for 15 partner institutions, with specific works contracts placed as needed.
