Building energy certification

Summary

Riga Technical University is procuring building energy-efficiency assessments and energy certification for its properties in Riga, Liepāja and Rēzekne. The services cover buildings that are planned, reconstructed or renovated, as well as buildings already in use, with assessments and certificates registered in the national construction information system. The procurement is not divided into lots and establishes a 24-month framework agreement, with a planned maximum value of EUR 41,999 excluding VAT and up to five framework participants; the agreement may be extended by up to 12 months.
