Design and replacement of the roof covering at Rojupes “Golden Fish” preschool

Summary

Talsu Municipality is procuring design services and construction works to replace the roof covering on a building at Rojupes “Golden Fish” preschool in Rude, Talsu Municipality. The single, indivisible contract covers approximately 350 m² of roof: design and replacement of the existing asbestos-cement sheets with non-asbestos corrugated fibre-cement roofing, repairs to timber elements, adaptation of roof details and installation of a rainwater drainage system. The design and works must be completed within three months of contract signing.
