Renewal of the ground-source heat pump system at Tiņģere Manor

Summary

Talsi Municipality is procuring the renewal of the ground-source heat pump system at Tiņģere Manor, in a single lot. The works include replacing two existing heat pumps with two new 40–45 kW units, dismantling and disposing of the old equipment, inspecting and repairing the 2.1 km ground loop, replacing the collector, adapting and refilling the system, electrical work, checking the electric boiler and preparing technical documentation. The system serves a 1,516.2 m² building, and the works are to be completed within three months of contract signing.
