Development of a Sketch Design for the Dermatology Clinic

Summary

Riga 1st Hospital is procuring an architectural and functional sketch design for the development of its Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinic. The design covers hospital buildings 15 and 16, their functional connection, a possible connecting extension and the landscaping of the adjacent area. The work includes site surveys, at least three conceptual connection and extension options, development of one selected or consolidated option, and the final architectural, landscaping and visualisation materials. The procurement is not divided into lots; the first survey and feasibility-assessment stage is the guaranteed minimum, while subsequent stages and options may be ordered separately.
