Operating lease of an off-road pickup truck for the Sigulda bobsleigh and luge track

The procurement covers the supply and fit-out of a new off-road pickup truck for use by the Sigulda bobsleigh and luge track under an operating lease. The vehicle must be delivered within 45 calendar days of the contract taking effect, and the operating lease will run for 60 months. Equipment includes, among other items, a snow plough and spreader; the vehicle and equipment must meet the technical specification in the tender documents. The planned funding is up to EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion, and the bid with the lowest evaluated total price will be selected; in the event of a tie, CO₂ emissions and then fuel consumption will be compared. The bidder must demonstrate experience supplying, renting or leasing at least two vehicles and ensure manufacturer-compliant servicing and warranty repairs. The bid must include technical and financial offers and a 60-month payment schedule; the price must cover all costs necessary to perform the contract. Goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus may not be used in contract performance.
