Procurement of a New Cargo Van

Summary

The procurement is for one new N1-category diesel cargo van, to be delivered to Zaļā iela 3, Dobele. The vehicle must have been manufactured in 2025 or later, have a gross vehicle weight of no more than 3,500 kg and a payload of at least 1,200 kg. It must have five doors, three seats, a white body, a maximum length of 6,000 mm, a minimum height of 2,000 mm and an emissions standard of at least Euro 6. It must also meet the safety, electrical, body, wheel, comfort and emergency-equipment requirements in the technical specification; the tender must state the vehicle’s actual technical characteristics. The supplier must deliver the vehicle within two months after the contract is signed, arrange registration in the buyer’s name and provide warranty repairs and servicing in Latvia through the manufacturer or an authorised service partner. The manufacturer’s warranty must cover at least 36 months or 120,000 km, whichever comes first. The price must include delivery, registration, number plates, applicable inspection costs, warranty and other contract-performance costs, excluding VAT. The estimated value is up to EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT; the compliant offer with the lowest price will be selected. Offers must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 19 October 2026 and must be in Latvian.
