Maintenance and repair of Canon printers

Summary

Riga Stradins University is procuring maintenance and repair services for Canon printers within the administrative territory of Riga. The procurement covers the full scope and is not divided into lots. The contract will run for up to 24 months or until its ceiling of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. If the ceiling has not been used within 24 months, the parties may consider a 12-month extension without increasing it. Orders will depend on the university’s needs, and use of the full contract ceiling is not guaranteed. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit compliant technical and financial offers, prove its business registration and demonstrate successful completion of at least one comparable contract meeting the specified value and time-period requirements. Bids must be submitted through the electronic procurement system in Latvian. Goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus must not be used in contract performance.
