Supply of fresh meat and meat products

Summary

SIA Priekules slimnica is procuring fresh meat and meat products for its hospital under a 12-month framework agreement, which may be extended until the results of a new food procurement are available. The procurement has two lots: fresh meat, with estimated annual quantities of 1,500 kg pork ham, 100 kg pork shoulder, 100 kg pork liver, 800 kg pork ribs and 500 kg pork bones; and meat products, with estimated annual quantities of 400 kg cooked sausage, 300 kg pork frankfurters, 100 kg pork sausages, 100 kg smoked lean pork and 200 kg liver pâté. Deliveries are planned twice weekly to the hospital in Priekule; the quantities are estimates and may vary according to actual need.
