Supply of Christmas confectionery packages to Ventspils municipal preschools

Summary

The contract is for the supply of 1,418 Christmas confectionery packages to preschool institutions operated by the Ventspils municipal authority. The packages must be delivered by 4 December 2026 to the nine locations listed in the tender documents. The bid must meet the technical specification and include financial and technical offers. The technical offer must identify the products and their manufacturer, provide product descriptions and ingredients or a precise link to the manufacturer’s information, and include a colour image or visualisation of the package. At delivery, the sweets must have at least three months of shelf life remaining and must not originate in Russia or Belarus. Evaluation awards up to 40 points for price and up to 60 points for offering the assortment specified by the authority; 20 product items are assessed. The bid must be submitted electronically in Latvian and remain valid for three months after the submission deadline. The bidder and any subcontractors involved in food handling must be authorised to participate in the food chain. No bid guarantee is required.
