Apriki Manor Roof Eaves Restoration Works, Phase 1

Summary

The procurement covers the first phase of restoration works to the roof eaves at Apriki Manor, at Apriki School in the Dienvidkurzeme region. The works must follow the construction design, bill of quantities and contract; the design covers restoration of the roof-slope edges, eaves and first-floor ceiling. The contractor must provide the necessary materials, staff and equipment and manage the works through to commissioning. The works must be completed and the site commissioned within six months of contract signing. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the bid must cover the full scope. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must submit the required evidence of relevant experience and specialists, a technical offer and an Excel-format cost estimate. Bids must be submitted electronically in Latvian and remain valid for at least six months; the works must carry a warranty of at least 36 months.
