Repair works (2nd stage)

Summary

This procurement covers building and room repairs in 11 lots in the Ropaži area: mainly repairs to municipal apartments, as well as repairs to premises in Vangaži, the municipal police premises in Ulbroka, and the premises of the Jancis preschool in Vangaži. Lot 9 at Parka Street 2 in Vangaži also includes partial replacement of internal stormwater drainage networks and ramp repairs. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and the works are to be completed within 1–3 months depending on the lot. The works carry a 36-month warranty. The technical specification sets out the work and quantities for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a technical offer and a financial offer with a detailed construction cost estimate. Bids are compared separately for each lot on price, and the compliant bid with the lowest price wins. If prices are tied, preference goes to the bidder whose average social tax contribution to the state budget for its employees was higher in 2025. Participation also requires, among other things, proof of the required registrations and relevant previous construction or repair experience for each lot bid for.
