First-time International Financial Reporting Standards application services and preparation of the 2027 financial statements in accordance with SFPS

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of first-time SFPS application services and the preparation of the 2027 SFPS financial statements for SIA 'Rīgas nami' in accordance with SFPS. The contractor will deliver a differences report (Gap analysis), analyze three key contracts/transactions or accounting units with calculations, and provide guidelines and a corrective action plan for similar categories. In addition, SFPS training for up to 20 employees (16 academic hours) and an additional 8 hours of training for impairment assessment, plus supporting documentation and transition to revised accounting policies, interim 2027 nine-month financial statement template review, development of a revised 2027 SFPS template, and up to 40–160 hours of expert leadership support for SFPS preparations.
