Summary

The procurement covers the inspection, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of heating systems and heating substations for the Talsu municipal authority in six lots. A bidder may tender for one or more lots, but each selected lot must be offered in full and in only one variant. The work includes all necessary materials, transport, a detailed cost estimate and a prior site inspection. Price is the only award criterion, and the contract is generally to be completed within 8 weeks. Lots 4–6 include heating substation reconstruction at administrative buildings, the Sabile cultural centre and music and art school, and Sabile Primary School.
