Implementation of the 2026 projects of the public participation budget of Talsu Municipality

Summary

This procurement concerns the supply and installation of outdoor play and recreation facilities in multiple sites within Talsu Municipality as part of the public participation budget for 2026. The works cover upgrades and installations of playground equipment, basketball-related installations, seating and other outdoor fitness elements at several locations (including Dursupe school area, Raiņa Street 19A in Anuži, Dundaga, Stende, Pastende and other venues). Equipment must be new, come with Latvian-language instructions, and comply with the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity and/or CE marking where applicable. All rope/adventure elements must meet LVS EN 15567-1+A1 in addition to LVS EN 1176-1 for standard playground elements. Dimensional tolerances are ±5%. If alternative materials are proposed, they must be justified with technical information demonstrating parity or superiority in safety, functionality and durability. The contract includes delivery and installation and provides a 24-month warranty. The supplier must attach the manufacturer’s technical data sheet to the bid, and deliveries are to be made to the specified locations. Installation services are included as part of the contract.
