Maintenance services for the HRB personnel management and financial accounting system

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance services for the HRB personnel management and financial accounting system. The services must be delivered in accordance with the technical specification, and the procurement is not divided into lots. Bids must cover the entire scope, and price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must be authorised to maintain the HRB software and provide at least two qualified specialists: one for the personnel management module and one for the financial accounting module, including remuneration calculations. The bid, with the required documents and forms, must be submitted electronically through EIS in Latvian by 10:30 on 15 October 2026.
