Supply of household goods

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of household and hygiene goods, including cleaning and washing products and toilet and hand-paper products, to the institutions and units of Mārupe Municipality. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. The planned total volume is up to EUR 139,999.99 excluding VAT. The supplier must provide sustainable goods within three working days of an order, to the addresses specified by the contracting authority. Defective goods or goods that do not meet the contract requirements must be replaced with compliant goods within two working days after the defect report is drawn up. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery unless the manufacturer provides a longer warranty. The contract runs for 18 months from signature or until its total value is used up, whichever occurs first. The bid must include a technical and financial offer for the full scope and a discount that may also apply to other household and hygiene goods not listed in the tender, when needed. The evaluation awards up to 80 points for total price and up to 20 points for the discount.
