Cadastre surveying service for the Kuldiga municipality

Summary

This procurement concerns cadastre surveying services for the Kuldiga municipality. The contractor will perform cadastral surveying of land parcels owned or controlled by the municipality, including obtaining information from authorities, boundary reconnaissance and marking, exterior and interior boundary surveying, and preparation of boundary and site plans in accordance with applicable laws and the Technical Specification. The work is divided into four parts with a four-month term from contract signing. Offers must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Procurement System (EIS). The contract will be awarded based on price only (the lowest price per lot). Bidders must meet qualification and compliance requirements; subcontracting is allowed as per the tender documents.
