Routine maintenance of national roads in five regions, 2027–2032

Summary

The procurement covers routine maintenance of Latvia’s national roads in 2027–2032, divided into five regional lots: Dobele and Tukums, Jelgava, Limbaži, Talsi and Ventspils, and Daugavpils. Each contract is planned to run for 60 months; the anticipated start dates for the lots fall between 20 December 2027 and 8 August 2028. The work includes, among other things, winter road maintenance, including snow clearance and anti-skid treatment, as well as road-surface and roadside maintenance, repairs, cleaning and landscaping-related work in accordance with the technical specifications in the tender documents. For each lot, the offer with the lowest contract price will win. Tenderers must demonstrate the required financial capacity, relevant roadworks experience, and the qualifications and experience of the responsible works manager. They must also provide the specified numbers of road-maintenance trucks and motor graders, materials storage facilities, and a technical work-organisation plan. Bid security is required for each lot: EUR 350,000 for Lots 1 and 4, EUR 150,000 for Lot 2, and EUR 200,000 for Lots 3 and 5.
