Provision of printing services

Summary

Latvijas Banka is procuring printing services for 24 months or until the total value of work reaches EUR 40,000 excluding VAT, whichever occurs first. Orders may include, among other items, coin information cards and leaflets, information sheets, brochures, business cards, folders, gift bags, posters and notebooks. The contractor must check print files for technical suitability, provide materials, print and finish the items, prepare colour proofs and deliver the completed work to an agreed address in Riga. The technical specifications generally set individual delivery periods of 2–10 working days, depending on the product. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous experience and sustainable production processes and submit one offer covering the entire procurement. Price accounts for up to 95 points; documented use of an electric vehicle for deliveries earns an additional 5 points.
