Full-service lease of a passenger car

Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month full-service lease of one new, raised-clearance 4x4 passenger car with a plug-in hybrid or hybrid drivetrain. The vehicle must be delivered within 10 months of the contract entering into force, with planned mileage of up to 100,000 km. The lease price must include delivery, registration, inspections and fees, vehicle tax, compulsory and comprehensive insurance, 24-hour roadside assistance, GPS installation, warranty, maintenance, repairs and seasonal tyre services. The vehicle must meet detailed technical requirements, including 2026 or newer manufacture, no more than 300 km mileage at delivery, five doors and seats, automatic transmission, AWD, at least 160 mm ground clearance, system output of at least 130 kW, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in no more than 8 seconds, WLTP fuel consumption of no more than 6 l/100 km, CO2 emissions of no more than 65 g/km and an electric WLTP range of at least 55 km. The economically most advantageous tender is selected using a 100-point system: monthly lease price 70 points, fuel consumption 10, emissions 5, electric range 10 and delivery time 5.
