Supply of food products to educational institutions in Jelgava

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of food products to educational institutions in Jelgava in ten lots: bread and fresh bakery products; grain, flour and starch products and biscuits; meat and meat products; fish products; fresh fruit and vegetables; processed fruit and vegetables, nuts, jams and purées; oils, fats, seasonings, additives, cocoa and sweets; dairy products; eggs; and beverages, juices, coffee and tea. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots, but must offer all products within each lot selected; variant offers are not permitted. The contract runs for up to 24 months or until the value stated for the relevant lot is reached, whichever occurs first. It may be extended by up to 12 months, subject to a maximum overall term of 36 months. The estimated values excluding VAT are: Lot 1 EUR 1,000; Lot 2 EUR 5,000; Lot 3 EUR 40,000; Lot 4 EUR 2,000; Lot 5 EUR 17,000; Lot 6 EUR 5,000; Lot 7 EUR 10,000; Lot 8 EUR 30,000; Lot 9 EUR 10,000; and Lot 10 EUR 10,000. For each lot bid for, the bidder must submit electronic technical and financial offers, the required qualification information, and a declaration that the vehicles used to deliver food products meet the requirements. The offer must comply with the technical requirements in the tender documents, be signed and be submitted in Latvian. The most economically advantageous offer will be selected for each lot using the evaluation criteria, which include price, environmentally friendly food delivery and sustainable food quality.
