Supply and installation of specialist workshop equipment for a Riga social services project

Summary

The procurement is for a complete set of specialist workshop equipment to be delivered and installed at Latgales iela 189, Riga. The work includes unloading, installing and connecting the equipment, making it ready for use and, where required, training users. All equipment must be delivered and installed by 31 December 2026; under the draft contract, delivery and installation are due within 15 calendar days after the buyer notifies the supplier that the premises are ready. The equipment must have a warranty of at least 24 months. The bidder must have completed at least one comparable contract for workshop or material-processing equipment during 2023–2026 and prove proper performance with at least one positive reference or other document. The offer price must not exceed EUR 18,100 excluding VAT. Evaluation assigns up to 80 points to price and up to 20 points to the combined rated input power of six specified machines (technical specification items 2, 3, 4, 11, 12 and 13). Manufacturer technical information or a precise public manufacturer link must be provided for those machines. The offer must also include registration evidence, any required authorisation, and details of entities supporting the bidder’s qualifications and subcontractors with a supply share of at least EUR 10,000. The procurement is not divided into lots.
