Supply of Tactical Vests and Accessories

Summary

Jurmala Municipal Police is procuring tactical vests and their accessories in accordance with the technical specification in the tender documents. The contract will run for 24 months from signature or until the contract amount specified in the agreement is reached, whichever occurs first. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 10:00, and tenders must be submitted electronically through Latvia’s e-procurement system. A tender must include the qualification documents, technical and financial offers, and the tenderer’s declaration. Prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT to two decimal places. The tenderer must provide a tactical-vest sample within four weeks after receiving written notice from the contracting authority. The tenderer must be registered and must demonstrate that, during 2023–2025 and 2026 up to the submission deadline, it completed one or more contracts for similar goods with a combined value of at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Similar goods include tactical, military, police or security equipment. The successful tender will be selected through a scoring system with a maximum of 100 points: vest price 15, quality 25, comfort and freedom of movement 30, adjustability 10, opening mechanism 10, and estimated total price 10 points. No bid security or contract-performance security is required.
