Framework agreement for land-use planning project preparation and cadastral surveying services

Summary

The procurement covers the preparation of land-use planning projects for dividing land units or rearranging boundaries, followed by cadastral surveying of the newly created land units in the Adazi area. A framework agreement is planned with up to three tenderers for 36 months or until the total value of contracts concluded under the framework agreement reaches EUR 125,000 excluding VAT, whichever occurs first. Tenderers must have at least one completed equivalent contract, provide specialists with the required valid certificates, and submit a properly prepared electronic technical and financial tender. Price is the only award criterion; compliant tenders with the lowest prices will be selected for the framework agreement.
