Supply of special equipment within the project “Improvement of the learning environment of the Rēzekne primary school development centre for the implementation of quality education”

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of special equipment for a project improving the learning environment of the Rēzekne primary school development centre. The procurement is not divided into lots and the contract will be performed at F. Varslavāna Street 5 in Rēzekne within two months after contract signature. The equipment must comply with the technical specification and the tender must cover the entire scope. A bidder must have the required registration, licence or certification and must demonstrate at least one qualifying supply contract from 2023–2025 or the relevant part of 2026, valued at no less than EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. No separate financial-capacity requirements are set. The bid must be submitted electronically, generally in Latvian, with the required participation, experience, technical-financial and other documents. Evaluation is based on price for up to 90 points and energy efficiency for up to 10 points.
