The tender covers daily cleaning of the premises and grounds of the SIA “Publisko aktīvu pārvaldītājs Possessor” building at 31 Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street in Riga for 24 months from 1 November 2026. The contract includes approximately 2,190 m² of floor area, 17 sanitary facilities, 820 m² of surrounding grounds and courtyard, cleaning of office and upholstered furniture, deep cleaning of floors, window cleaning and additional cleaning services when requested. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 29 September 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots and alternative offers are not permitted. Up to 100 points are available: 60 for the 24-month daily cleaning price, 20 for the hourly rate for additional cleaning, 10 for response time and 10 for the total price of additional services.
