Supply of vehicle fuel and vehicle accessories to the Limbaži regional municipality, its agency and municipal companies

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of vehicle fuel, autogas and vehicle accessories for the Limbaži regional municipality, its agency and municipal companies. It is divided into three lots, and a bidder may submit a tender for one or more lots. The contract term is 12 months, with planned commencement on 1 January 2027. Lot 1 covers 95E and 98E unleaded petrol, diesel and vehicle accessories for use at filling stations in Limbaži, Salacgrīva and elsewhere in Latvia. Lot 2 covers autogas at filling stations in Limbaži and elsewhere in Latvia. Lot 3 covers 95E petrol, diesel, AdBlue and vehicle accessories for the Aloja administrative area and elsewhere in Latvia. The estimated quantities are 61,800 litres of 95E petrol, 4,500 litres of 98E petrol and 133,100 litres of diesel for Lot 1, plus accessories up to EUR 8,000 excluding VAT; 1,000 litres of autogas for Lot 2; and 10,000 litres of 95E petrol, 65,000 litres of diesel and 1,000 litres of AdBlue for Lot 3, plus accessories up to EUR 2,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority may increase or reduce the planned quantities by no more than 20%. The bidder must provide free fuel cards, consumption records and invoice preparation. Lot 1 and Lot 2 require 24/7 refuelling, while Lot 3 requires availability at least on working days from 08:00 to 17:00. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot using the economically most advantageous offer. Price accounts for 70 points in each lot; the remaining points concern filling-station distance and the number of stations. The tender must be submitted electronically and include the participation application, independent-tender confirmation, financial and technical tenders, registration and representation evidence, required licences and certificates.
