Property Insurance for Talsu Municipality

Summary

The procurement concerns insurance of Talsu Municipality’s immovable and movable property for 12 months. The buildings, structures and assets listed in the procurement documents must be insured on an all-risks basis; the first-loss insurance amount must be at least EUR 16,000,000 and the sub-limit for movable property is EUR 10,000,000. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 35,000 excluding VAT. The tenderer must be an insurer authorised to provide insurance services in Latvia and must submit a technical and financial tender together with the required forms, insurance terms and draft policy. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender: price carries up to 80 points and additional insurance coverages up to 20 points.
