Purchase of battery units

Summary

The procurement concerns the purchase of new and unused battery units to ensure uninterrupted power supply for equipment supporting the contracting authority’s public electronic communications network. The batteries must have a capacity of 5–180 Ah and a nominal voltage of 12 VDC. A framework agreement will be concluded with at least 2 and no more than 7 bidders; the maximum contract value is EUR 135,000 excluding VAT and the term is up to 38 months, with deliveries allowed up to month 36. The bidder must submit a tender covering the full scope, including a technical and financial tender, provide a warranty of at least 24 months, and supply CE certification and technical information.
