Furniture supply and installation for a Riga social services project

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of furniture at Latgales iela 189 in Riga for an EU-funded social services project. It is divided into three lots: delivery and installation of freestanding furniture; measuring, manufacturing, supplying and installing made-to-order or built-in furniture; and supplying and installing specialist storage cabinets. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all lots, with a separate technical and financial offer for each lot. The work must be completed by 31 December 2026. Furniture must carry a warranty of at least 24 months. The maximum prices excluding VAT are EUR 11,025 for Lot 1, EUR 10,973 for Lot 2 and EUR 595 for Lot 3. The contract will be awarded to the compliant offer with the lowest price. For each lot bid for, the bidder must demonstrate at least one relevant completed contract from 2023–2026, supported by a positive reference or other evidence. The bidder must be registered where required, submit electronically through Latvia’s e-tendering system, and comply with the technical specification and tender documents. Offers must be in Latvian; evidence in another language must include a certified Latvian translation. Each bidder may submit one offer, and alternative offers are not permitted.
