Supply of assistive technology licences

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of assistive technology software licences in two lots. Lot 1 covers licences for text-processing software with symbol and visual support; Lot 2 covers reading and writing support software for pupils with dyslexia and learning difficulties. Both lots include licence delivery, remote support and training services. A supplier may bid for one or both lots but may not submit variants. The planned contract value is up to EUR 85,000 excluding VAT: up to EUR 35,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 50,000 for Lot 2. The maximum unit price is EUR 70 excluding VAT for one Lot 1 licence and EUR 79 excluding VAT for one Lot 2 licence. Contracts will run from signature until 31 December 2027. Licences will be delivered electronically, support will be provided remotely and training will be delivered throughout Latvia. The compliant offer with the lowest price will be selected. The bid must be submitted electronically in the procurement system in Latvian, with an application, qualification evidence, a technical offer and a financial offer. The supplier must demonstrate relevant experience, the right to supply the proposed software licences and compliance with the technical specification.
