Forest road construction works (Zagļu, Lapmežu, Bebru, Robežu and Virsīšu roads and Skuķīšu dam)

Summary

The procurement covers construction works for six forest road or forest road infrastructure sites and is divided into three lots: Zagļu Road; Lapmežu and Bebru Roads; and Skuķīšu Dam together with Robežu and Virsīšu Roads. A bidder may tender for one or more lots, but must cover the full scope of each selected lot. The completion deadline is 31 December 2027 and the tender submission deadline is 28 September 2026. Participation requires evidence of the relevant registration, previous road and forest-road construction experience, and a certified and experienced responsible road construction manager. The bidder must submit compliant technical and financial tenders, including the bill of quantities, schedule, cash-flow plan and detailed cost estimate.
